This Room Scheduling application is part of UT’s College of Communication Usher Portal. Used to house every-day applications for the faculty, staff, and students of the college.

Room Scheduling

The Room Scheduling system displays room information by connection to the Universities Exchange server to show real-time appointment information. Each room has its own settings to toggle display of event information, constrained hours of operation, access groups to make requests, and a search engine for users to find a room to meet their needs.
